All prices are per person and include VAT. Meals for Retreat Pass holders are provided by the Poseidonion Grand Hotel and paid directly to the hotel, not to One Sanctum. Meals must be booked in advance and paid to the hotel by 3 May 2027, one week before the retreat begins.
We hold a small number of concession places for students, therapists in training and residents of Spetses. To apply, email us with proof of eligibility, such as a student card, proof of your training, or proof of residence on Spetses. Once we confirm your place, you pay by bank transfer, in full or in two instalments of €275: the first when your place is confirmed, the second by 15 March 2027. If you book after 15 March, the full €550 is due at once. Meals can be prebooked with the hotel at + €565.

Suites, apartments and other room categories at the Poseidonion may be available on request, including the 1 Bedroom Suite, La Cupola Suite, the Pool Suite and family apartments. Please write to us and we will find the right fit.

Prices are per person for the full five days and include VAT, four nights with breakfast, all meals and the Resident Pass. Accommodation and meals are provided and invoiced by the Poseidonion Grand Hotel; One Sanctum collects payment on the hotel's behalf.
Greece's climate resilience fee is not included. It is charged per room per night under Greek law and paid by you directly to the hotel at check-out.

We warmly encourage every guest to take out travel insurance that covers cancellation, ideally with "Cancel For Any Reason" (CFAR) cover, so that your travel and booking are protected whatever life brings.
Due to the structure of our event and the many moving parts that make it a singular experience, we are not able to issue refunds for registrations. We understand that life happens, so to accommodate change, registrations are transferable.
